Every appointment at illuminaé is a window of time set aside just for you. To protect that time, and to keep my schedule sustainable, I ask for clear notice when plans change.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Plans change. I get it. To keep things fair to me and to other clients waiting for an opening, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling.

  • More than 24 hours' notice. No fee. Reschedule freely through Acuity or by reaching out directly.
  • Less than 24 hours' notice. The full session price will be charged.
  • No-shows. The full session price will be charged.

Late cancellations leave a window that's nearly impossible to fill on short notice, and your booking represents real, reserved time and care. Thank you for honoring this.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time so I can stay on schedule for the client after you. The full session price still applies.

Before Your Session

Please let me know in advance if you have:

  • Recent skincare procedures (chemical peels, lasers, injectables, etc.)
  • Active allergies or sensitivities
  • Pregnancy, recent illness, or new medications
  • Any skin conditions you'd like me to be aware of

This helps me tailor your treatment safely and comfortably.
